Booking Appointments

Appointments with can be booked online, by phone, or email.

When booking, patients must provide accurate contact details and relevant information to allow us to manage the appointment safely and effectively.

Patients Under 18

Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals

We ask that patients give at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged.

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Privacy and GDPR Consent

All personal information is handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal and health information for the purpose of providing osteopathic care and managing appointments.
